Traffic accidents in Hanoi: data collection and analysis

Hanoi, the capital and administrative center of Vietnam, is also the location of various administrative bodies. In Hanoi, responsibility division in traffic safety remains complex. Particularly, accident analysis in existing safety management agencies still requires an authorized contact agency responsible for providing updated information of its incharge areas. In the past few years, this contact agency has become essential, in order to implement effective and systematic traffic safety countermeasures. In accident analysis, it is necessary to collect and store accident data in many years as it builds a strong foundation for new safety solutions to today accidents.
